I have learned so much about leading a team of nurses and the impact it has on our patients' lives.

Being a Director of Nursing involves collaboration and working with a group but the outcomes to our patient's lives can be so fulfilling.

I love being a Nurse Supervisor! The best part is spending time with my work family and getting to know my patients and their families.
