Examples of Duties Performed: * Responsible for assisting with the answering of Help Desk requests, including prioritization, resolution, and communication related to those requests with effected associates. While working with associates the Help Desk Analyst must be able to create an atmosphere of personal interest and place positive emphasis of resolving the associate’s request. * Responsible for the accurate documentation of associate requests for service while ensuring the protection of the systems confidentiality, information about its residents, and compliance with the Corporate Compliance Program. * Responsible for an ongoing pursuit of knowledge, necessary to improve the support provided to the system and its member organizations, through formal training and informal research and analysis of industry trends including cost or time saving opportunities as well as breaking-news threat analysis; all including an ongoing effort to socialize the gained knowledge with the system and member organizations. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum Qualification Requirements: * Associate’s degree and two (2) years of work experience in help desk or desktop support. * Strong working knowledge of desktop hardware and software support. * Strong troubleshooting skills across enterprise infrastructure including desktop, laptop, printer, tablet, and other devices. * Working knowledge of network hardware and software support. * Basic mathematics, accounting, and reasoning skills. * Ability to organize and manage multiple requests with frequently conflicting priorities. * Ability to work closely with system and member organization associates and leadership. * Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. * Working knowledge of ticket based support methodology to ensure problem resolution. * Embrace the standards, values, and beliefs of the organization. Desired Qualifications: * Enterprise support certifications; examples include: * CompTIA A+ * CompTIA Network+ * Security, Project Management, Heath Information; examples include: * CompTIA Security+ * CompTIA Project+ * CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician * Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery certifications; examples include: * DRI International Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) * Certificate of the BCI (CBCI) EEO / M/ F/ D/ V Drug Free Workplace
