Job Duties Include: * Provides support of system-wide servers, computers, software and hardware including maintenance, upgrade, operation, and support of technology used system-wide. * Manages the remediation and documentation of issues related to servers, computers software and hardware * Assists with the management of monitoring of backup system, remediation and documentation of issues. * Implements and documents installation or upgrade of technology. * Provides Level II support to Help Desk. * Assist with development and implementation of technology based solutions to solve system-wide operational problems. * Establishment and maintenance of successful relationships with the associates and leadership of the system and its member organizations via an ongoing commitment to strong communication skills, appropriate usage of escalation, accountability for the assigned duties, and timely execution of assigned tasks. Requirements: * Five years’ experience in Information Technology. * Working knowledge of development and maintenance of Windows Server roles, Microsoft Directory Services, and data center virtualization technologies and practices. * Strong communication and documentation skills, both written and oral. * Basic mathematics, accounting, and reasoning skills. * Ability to organize and manage multiple requests with frequently conflicting priorities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
